• You take charge of the ingoing inventory. You may also leave it to our charge if you wish to,
• You oversee the tenant on a daily-basis. You may also leave it to our charge as we offer a .management service.

OUR RATES FOR PROSPECTING THE TENANT

FURNISHED RENTAL :

The tenant assumes 100% of the fees. You have nothing to pay!

UNFURNISHED FLAT :

According to the law, the fees are assumed on equal share by both the tenant and the owner.

OUR RATES :

Unfurnished flat :

15% before tax of the annual amount of the rent (maintenance charges excluded)

Inventory : commensurate with the size of the flat.

Furnished flat :

No fees as regards the tenant prospect.

Ingoing and fixtures Inventory :

• Studio flat : 90 euros A.T.I
• 2 rooms + kitchen + sanitary (wc, shower or bath) : 110 euros A.T.I
• 3/4 rooms + kitchen + sanitary (wc, shower or bath) : 150 euros A.T.I
• 5/6 rooms + kitchen + sanitary (wc, shower or bath)pièces : 220 euros A.T.I

You will be asked to provide a complete list of objects , furniture and household linen. You will be handed in an inventory exemplification.
